Digital Product Refund Policy

All Copper G Creations products are instant digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped.

Because digital files are available after purchase, all sales are final. We don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after digital access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, receive an incorrect or damaged file, or have trouble accessing your download, contact coppergcreations@yahoo.com with your order details. We’ll review duplicate purchases individually and will replace, correct, or help you access any file that isn’t working properly.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that apply under local law.
